Advertising Terms & Conditions
It is at SimplyTrains discretion where,
and at what position and size, within the shopping mall adds your add may appear. Simplytrains reserves the right to change the position of your add
within the shopping mall main adds at any time during your subscription
period and as many times. Advertising subscriptions which link to
material which simplytrains considers to be of an adult or offensive nature are not accepted. If a
transaction is completed for any such site then this money will be
refunded less an administration fee. If advertisers change their
site to one which contains material of an adult or offensive nature
during the subscription period, your subscription will be immediately
cancelled with no refund. Advertisers who wish to change their
advertiser logo may do so during the subscription period but no adverts will be
changed to link to any other url/site than the one on the original
subscription. The appearances on the simplytrains homepage
will be placed for the relevant continuous period during your subscription
when simplytrains decides. SimplyTrains will not be held responsible for
the downtime of our servers for whichever reason. For any extreme
reason if the servers are down for longer than a period of 1 week and
the SimplyTrains website is not accessible, this time will be added to
the length of your subscription. SimplyTrains has the right to use
your advertiser graphic anywhere on it's site without permission.
SimplyTrains has the right to change these terms and conditions during
any subscription period without notice.
