MY MODEL RAILWAY

I have been building my layout for about 3 years, I call it "My Model Railway". It started out as a "Hornby Flying Scotsman Set" and has developed to its current stage. I began with no prior experience and have read, questioned and watched as many experienced modellers as I can find. All areas of the layout now have ground cover but there are still many hours of work left to come anywhere close to completion. here are a few details of my layout:

Gauge: OO / 4mm:1ft
Period: 1930-1960's.
Motive Power: Steam and Diesel.
Age of Layout: Started spring 1998.
Size: 6ft 6in x 5ft (1981mm x 1524mm)
Buildings: Hornby, Wills Scenic, Ratio, Metcalfe Models.
Engines and Stock: Ready to run, Hornby.
Track: Hornby.
Signals: Hornby.
People: Model Scene, Hornby, Langley Kits.
Vehicles: Trackside, Lledo.
Scenic Accessories: Hornby, Peco, Ratio, Wills Scenic, Gaugemaster,
Woodland Scenics, Humbrol.
