Grange Road
009 Gauge by
Paul Titmuss
Grange road is a narrow gauge railway
designed to fit into a small space. It has been aptly described as
a 'table top layout' and that is how it started out. There were
two goals in mind when Paul began - to construct a layout to completion
and to entertain his son. Both were achieved after 8 years.
Whilst the railway has no real location
there are three railways which have influenced most of the rolling
stock. The Corris Railway, The Glyn Valley Tramway, and the North
Wales Narrow Gauge Railway. Nearly all the stock is kit built,
whilst the scenery and most buildings are scratchbuilt.
